We have current COVID-19 measures in place. Please check our website for updates in February-March. Per-class numbers are restricted. Also, due to COVID restrictions, students must wear a mask when not on the shooting line.
Our 6-week sessions are ideal for the first-time archer, those who only join us once per year, or to brush up your skills after time away from the sport.
8pm Beginner classes run for 6 weeks, one hour per week, covering The Ten Basic Steps to Good Shooting for families and archers ages teens to senior citizens. South Nation Archery supplies all the equipment. Students should bring indoor shoes and wear snug-fitting clothing on the upper body.
It is highly recommended that students take this course 2-3 times before considering the youth advanced courses. Parents and students should discuss this progression with Kathy Millar in order to ensure that it is appropriate.
