As well, congratulations to Jessica Last who is the official poster child for how to excel in the 21+ Recurve division shooting a King’s Pawn recurve – simple straight-stock pin sight, no cushion plunger, no clicker, no stabilisers. Way to go, Jessica!

Our next tournament is the provincial 10-ring championship starting on February 16th. Some spots are still available throughout the week. Contact Kathy or Larry ASAP if you wish to hold a spot for the night lines on 16th, 18th, 19th or 22nd (am line only)
Congratulations to all archers who shot our annual tournament for 2026. There were some really good scores. Shane Bryson shot well despite being unwell for so long, and once again Jessica Last proved that good form is essential regardless of the bow, even an instructional King’s Pawn!

Our next tournament is on Sunday, January 18, 2026. This is a provincial championship using the IFAA 5-ring targets. All lines are full.

We are running house leagues and mail matches weekly until March 28, 2026.
You may shoot your house league and/or mail match CDN 300 round each week on:
Mondays from 7:00pm – 9:00pm (except for Family Day)
Saturdays from 9:00am – noon

We do not intend to run a 6pm line at this time. There are spots available for the Ontario 10-ring championship week. Please call Kathy or Larry ASAP if you wish to shoot that event instead.

If you were interested in signing up for Wednesday advanced lessons, there are 4 spots available in the 6pm class as of 2025-12-18.

Well done, everyone. Serenity Last posted another strong qualifier on a 3-spot triangular target for the 2027 Canada Winter Games team. A big shout-out to Jessica Last who used a club Kings Pawn recurve without a clicker and posted a very respectable score!
