The Recurve Division was led by Shane Bryson (267/300) and Pam LeClair (266/300)

PBs shot at SNAC January WA18M

Congratulations to all our competitors today.  We had a good turn-out as people come back to competition after the COVID-19 break.

Today, we had 2 outstanding performances:

Quintin Fawcett CPD M CDT shot 283/287, the 2nd round is a PB

Serenity Last REC F CDT shot 266(PB)/255, total 521 is a PB

We had many people who had not been able to shoot a 60-arrow round in over 2-3 years – so congrats for surviving!  🙂

All results from our site can be found at the link below:

Our next tournament is the provincial IFAA championships on Sunday, January 29th.  We have only 1 spot available on the 2pm line.

2023 Mail Matches begin on Saturday, January 7th

Just a friendly reminder that our house leagues and both national and provincial mail matches start this Saturday, January 7th and every Saturday until March 25th from 9am until n00n.

If you are shooting house leagues only, then membership is not required and you have a $10/round user fee to pay.

However, if you wish to compete in mail matches, then membership is required.  There is a new twist at the national level:  YOU have to register through Archery Canada’s membership portal directly – we cannot do that for you anymore!  You need to pay SNAC a $20 administration fee as well as the $10/round user fee.

If you wish to shoot in more than 1 equipment division/age category, you must pay the fee for each one.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday mornings.

Millar Coaches at 2019 World Team Training Camp

In preparation for the National Compound Archery Team’s participation in The Netherlands in June, Kathleen Millar (women’s coach) and Sean McKenty (head coach) lead a national team training camp hosted by Sean and Fiona in the Windsor area on May 13-14, 2019.

All women team members will be present for the registered tournaments and simulations.  For the men’s team, everyone  except for Brendan von Richter from Victoria will be present.

The men’s team of Brendan, Robbie Nott and Austin Taylor reprises the team that Kathleen led during the 2018 World Cup at Salt Lake City.  The women’s team sees the return of Fiona McClean and Fiona Maude, along with Katie Roth.  It will be a solid, experienced team.
