DESCRIPTION:Beginner Youth classes run for 6 weeks\, one hour per week\, co
 vering The Ten Basic Steps to Good Shooting for archers ages 06 to 10. Sou
 th Nation Archery supplies all the equipment. Students should bring indoor
  shoes and wear snug-fitting clothing on the upper body. THIS SESSION IS N
 OW FULL.\n\nIt is highly recommended that students take this course 2-3 ti
 mes before considering the youth advanced courses. Parents and students sh
 ould discuss this progression with Kathy Millar in order to ensure that it
  is appropriate.\nClass #1: Eye-dominance testing\, equipment selection\, 
 warm-ups\, skill demonstration\, shooting right away at close distances\, 
 finishing with a fun round.\nClass #2: Warm-ups\, review\, finger placemen
 t on the string\, at full draw\, and anchor position\, finishing with a fu
 n round.\nClass #3: Warm-ups\, review\, release action of the fingers and 
 direction of release\, finishing with a run round.\nClass #4: Warm-ups\, r
 eview\, position of string elbow and direction\, four quadrants of strengt
 h\, finishing with a run round.\nClass #5: Warm-ups\, review\, string alig
 nment\, proper aiming - how and when\, finishing with a run round.\nClass 
 #6: Warm-ups\, review\, follow-through – both sides\, finishing with a r
 un round.\nDates are Fridays from January 13 to February 17\, 2017.
