DESCRIPTION:Beginner ADULT classes run for 6 weeks\, one hour per week\, co
 vering The Ten Basic Steps to Good Shooting for archers ages 17 and older.
  South Nation Archery supplies all the equipment. Students should bring in
 door shoes and wear snug-fitting clothing on the upper body. \nIt is highl
 y recommended that students take this course 2-3 times before considering 
 the youth advanced courses. Parents and students should discuss this progr
 ession with Kathy Millar in order to ensure that it is appropriate.\nClass
  #1: Eye-dominance testing\, equipment selection\, warm-ups\, skill demons
 tration\, shooting right away at close distances\, finishing with a fun ro
 und.\nClass #2: Warm-ups\, review\, finger placement on the string\, at fu
 ll draw\, and anchor position\, finishing with a fun round.\nClass #3: War
 m-ups\, review\, release action of the fingers and direction of release\, 
 finishing with a run round.\nClass #4: Warm-ups\, review\, position of str
 ing elbow and direction\, four quadrants of strength\, finishing with a ru
 n round.\nClass #5: Warm-ups\, review\, string alignment\, proper aiming -
  how and when\, finishing with a run round.\nClass #6: Warm-ups\, review\,
  follow-through – both sides\, finishing with a run round.\nDates are Fr
 idays from April 21 to May 26\, 2017.
