DESCRIPTION:This session is full.\n\nBeginner Adult classes run for 6 weeks
 \, one hour per week\, covering The Ten Basic Steps to Good Shooting for a
 rchers and families ages 11 years and up.  South Nation Archery supplies a
 ll the equipment.  Students should bring indoor shoes and wear snug-fittin
 g clothing on the upper body.  \n\nIt is highly recommended that students 
 take this course 2-3 times before considering advanced courses.  Students 
 should discuss this progression with Kathy Millar in order to ensure that 
 it is appropriate.\n\nClass #1:	Eye-dominance testing\, equipment selectio
 n\, warm-ups\, skill demonstration\, shooting right away at close distance
 s\, finishing with a fun round.\n\nClass #2:	Warm-ups\, review\, finger pl
 acement on the string\, at full draw\, and anchor position\, finishing wit
 h a fun round.\n\nClass #3:	Warm-ups\, review\, release action of the fing
 ers and direction of release\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClass #4:	Wa
 rm-ups\, review\, position of string elbow and direction\, four quadrants 
 of strength\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClass #5:	Warm-ups\, review\,
  string alignment\, proper aiming - how and when\, finishing with a run ro
 und.\n\nClass #6:	Warm-ups\, review\, follow-through – both sides\, fini
 shing with a run round.
