DESCRIPTION:Beginner Adult classes run for 6 weeks\, one hour per week\, co
 vering The Ten Basic Steps to Good Shooting for archers and families ages 
 11 years and up. South Nation Archery supplies all the equipment. Students
  should bring indoor shoes and wear snug-fitting clothing on the upper bod
 y.\n\nIt is highly recommended that students take this course 2-3 times be
 fore considering advanced courses. Students should discuss this progressio
 n with Kathy Millar in order to ensure that it is appropriate.\n\nClass #1
 :       Eye-dominance testing\, equipment selection\, warm-ups\, ski
 ll demonstration\, shooting right away at close distances\, finishing with
  a fun round.\n\nClass #2:       Warm-ups\, review\, finger placemen
 t on the string\, at full draw\, and anchor position\, finishing with a fu
 n round.\n\nClass #3:       Warm-ups\, review\, release action of th
 e fingers and direction of release\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClass 
 #4:       Warm-ups\, review\, position of string elbow and direction
 \, four quadrants of strength\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClass #5: 
       Warm-ups\, review\, string alignment\, proper aiming - how and 
 when\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClass #6:       Warm-ups\, rev
 iew\, follow-through – both sides\, finishing with a run round.\n\nDates
  are Fridays from February 26 to April 01\, 2016.
