 s run for 6 weeks\, one hour per week\, covering The Ten Basic Steps to Go
 od Shooting for archers and families ages 11 years and up.  South Nation A
 rchery supplies all the equipment.  Students should bring indoor shoes and
  wear snug-fitting clothing on the upper body.  \n\nIt is highly recommend
 ed that students take this course 2-3 times before considering advanced co
 urses.  Students should discuss this progression with Kathy Millar in orde
 r to ensure that it is appropriate.\n\nClass #1:	Eye-dominance testing\, e
 quipment selection\, warm-ups\, skill demonstration\, shooting right away 
 at close distances\, finishing with a fun round.\n\nClass #2:	Warm-ups\, r
 eview\, finger placement on the string\, at full draw\, and anchor positio
 n\, finishing with a fun round.\n\nClass #3:	Warm-ups\, review\, release a
 ction of the fingers and direction of release\, finishing with a run round
 .\n\nClass #4:	Warm-ups\, review\, position of string elbow and direction\
 , four quadrants of strength\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClass #5:	Wa
 rm-ups\, review\, string alignment\, proper aiming - how and when\, finish
