DESCRIPTION:Session 1 looks at the importance of core strength and how the 
 individual implements the 4 quadrants effectively. Archers will need to de
 scribe “how to shoot an arrow” and design one new coping strategy for 
 concentration.\n\nArchers must have taken several beginner sessions with K
 athy or Larry in order to benefit from this session.\n\nThis sex-week sess
 ion costs $55 plus HST.\n\nDates are Wednesdays from November 12-December
