DESCRIPTION:Session 2 helps advanced students get ready for the indoor comp
 etition season. Psychological\, physical and nutritional aspects will be c
 overed with a session on equipment tuning\, distraction techniques and rul
 es for shooting tournaments properly.\n\nStudents will be encouraged to sh
 oot the OAA 10-ring provincial championships during the week of February 1
 5-21\, 2014 to gain more competitive experience.\n\nDates are Thursdays fr
