DESCRIPTION:Session 1 looks at the importance of core strength and how the 
 individual implements the 4 quadrants effectively. Archers will be require
 d to describe “how to shoot an arrow” in detail and design one new cop
 ing strategy for concentration.\n\nArchers must have taken several beginne
 r sessions with Kathy or Larry in order to benefit from this session.\n\nT
