SUMMARY:FULL 2023 BA2-8 Session #2 Beginner Adult/Teen night classes
DESCRIPTION:Beginner Adult classes run for 6 weeks\, one hour per week\, co
 vering The Ten Basic Steps to Good Shooting for archers and families ages 
 15 years and up.  South Nation Archery supplies all the equipment.  Stud
 ents should bring indoor shoes and wear snug-fitting clothing on the upper
  body.\n\nIt is highly recommended that students take this course 2-3 time
 s before considering advanced courses.  Students should discuss this prog
 ression with Kathy Millar in order to ensure that it is appropriate.\n\nCl
 ass #1:      Eye-dominance testing\, equipment selection\, warm-ups\,
  skill demonstration\, shooting right away at close distances\, introducti
 on to string alignment.\n\nClass #2:      Warm-ups\, review\, finger 
 placement on the string\, at full draw\, and anchor position\, finishing w
 ith a fun round.\n\nClass #3:      Warm-ups\, review\, release action
  of the fingers and direction of release\, finishing with a run round.\n\n
 Class #4:      Warm-ups\, review\, position of string elbow and direc
 tion\, four quadrants of strength\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClass #
 5:      Warm-ups\, review\, string alignment\, proper aiming - how an
 d when\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClass #6:      Warm-ups\, rev
 iew\, follow-through – both sides\, finishing with a run round.
