SUMMARY:FULL 2023 BA4-8 Session #4 Beginner Adult/Teen night classes
DESCRIPTION:This session is booked fully.  Interested students should cons
 ider either private lessons\, or waiting until the 2024 indoor instruction
 al season.\n\nBeginner Adult classes run for 6 weeks\, one hour per week\,
  covering The Ten Basic Steps to Good Shooting for archers and families ag
 es 15 years and up.  South Nation Archery supplies all the equipment.  S
 tudents should bring indoor shoes and wear snug-fitting clothing on the up
 per body.\n\nIt is highly recommended that students take this course 2-3 t
 imes before considering advanced courses.  Students should discuss this p
 rogression with Kathy Millar in order to ensure that it is appropriate.\n\
 nClass #1:      Eye-dominance testing\, equipment selection\, warm-up
 s\, skill demonstration\, shooting right away at close distances\, introdu
 ction to string alignment.\n\nClass #2:      Warm-ups\, review\, fing
 er placement on the string\, at full draw\, and anchor position\, finishin
 g with a fun round.\n\nClass #3:      Warm-ups\, review\, release act
 ion of the fingers and direction of release\, finishing with a run round.\
 n\nClass #4:      Warm-ups\, review\, position of string elbow and di
 rection\, four quadrants of strength\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClas
 s #5:      Warm-ups\, review\, string alignment\, proper aiming - how
  and when\, finishing with a run round.\n\nClass #6:      Warm-ups\, 
 review\, follow-through – both sides\, finishing with a run round.\n\nTh
 ere will be class on Good Friday.
