SUMMARY:2019 AA2-6 Classes for Advanced Adult Session #2
DESCRIPTION:Welcome in the New Year with classes\, leagues\, mailmatches an
 d tournaments. Everyone in our advanced youth and adult classes are invite
 d to participate in these events so long as they feel comfortable with the
  challenge. This session runs up to our annual OAA provincial championship
  week. For more details on tournaments\, please keep an eye on our News pa
 ge.\n\nThursday classes are more suited to young adults and adults who wis
 h to excel in the sport. Students must have taken at least 2-3 beginner gr
 oup sessions and/or private lessons with Kathy in order to benefit from th
 is level of coaching.\n\nIn this session\, we will deal with appropriate a
 ttitudes toward competition and practice\, i.e. the value of an arrow neve
 r changes. There will opportunities for video-taping form as well as psych
 ological constructs and cementing form for the indoor season.\n\nStudents 
 are invited to stay after class to increase volume levels before the 8pm c
 lass starts.\n\nYouth 17 years of age and younger Cost:  $60/student + HS
 T\n\nYoung adults / adults cost:  $70/student + HST
