SUMMARY:UPDATE 2019 AA1-6 Classes for Advanced Adult Session #1
DESCRIPTION:THIS CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE NOW AT 7 PM.\n\nThursday classes are
  more suited to young adults and adults who wish to excel in the sport.\n\
 nStudents must have taken at least 2-3 beginner group sessions and/or priv
 ate lessons with Kathy in order to benefit from this level of coaching.\n\
 nWe will make sure archers are using the Four Quadrants properly in order 
 to line up the bone-on-bone structure in the upper body.  There will be a
  concentration on keeping the string straight.\n\nPsychological constructs
  and experimentation will be included weekly.\n\nVideo-tape analysis will 
 occur every 3 weeks.\n\nYouth 17 years of age and younger Cost:  $65/stud
 ent + HST\n\nYoung adults / adults cost:  $75/student + HST
