DESCRIPTION:Start the indoor season off on the correct footing with good fo
 rm through analysis of lines of force.  We will make sure archers are usi
 ng the Four Quadrants properly in order to line up the bone-on-bone struct
 ure in the upper body.\n\nThe 8pm class is suited more to teenagers and yo
 ung adults.  There will be more emphasis on psychological structures simi
 lar to Thursday night advanced class material.\n\nStudents must have taken
  at least 2-3 beginner group sessions and/or private lessons with Kathy in
  order to benefit from this level of coaching.\n\nYouth 17 years of age an
