DESCRIPTION:Start the indoor season off on the correct footing with good fo
 rm through analysis of lines of force.  We will make sure archers are usi
 ng the Four Quadrants properly in order to line up the bone-on-bone struct
 ure in the upper body.  Later on in this 6-week session\, we will continu
 e with CanBow/CanArc programme by scoring CDN 300 rounds.\n\nStudents must
  have taken at least 2-3 beginner group sessions and/or private lessons wi
 th Kathy in order to benefit from this level of coaching.\n\nCost:  $60/s
