Equipment is supplied. Please bring indoor shoes and wear form-fitting shirt or sweater.
2008-2009 Advanced 7pm Courses are for intermediate to advanced archers who want to refine consistent form. Topics deal with competitive stress, concentration, imaging, breathing exercises and fine-tuning of equipment needs.
Continuing refinement of form, equipment and knowledge, using videotape, sport psychology and biomechanical analysis, this course is designed for those archers who wish to hone their skills and prepare for the indoor competitive season.
