Millar at New Brunswick Clinic

Kathy Millar, SNAC coach, was invited to lead a provincial team training camp for coaches and archers in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.  The event was sponsored by AANB.  The clinic’s theme was preparation for the 2012 indoor national championships.  The group was very open and enthusiastic.  There was good discussion of points to ponder.

Kathy covered planning, commitment, physical alignment, power and psychological preparation for both recurve and compound archers and their coaches.

The training camp site was sponsored by the Bathurst Archery Club.

If your club or province is interested in bringing Kathy to organise and lead your next training camp, please contact her directly at info@southnationarchery.com.
