Congratulations to all our advanced and intermediate students who took the 2021 Nutrition Week challenge. This year, the person who had the most balanced diet for 7 straight days, with the least amount of junk food was Rian Chicoine. Congratulations, Rian!
Our Nutrition Week challenge is focused on education, on calorie quality, not on calorie intake. This is about nutrition, not dieting, and a lot of our students learned that there were patterns to their eating habits which could be altered easily in order to improve energy and hydration.
